An entrepreneur who stays close to the operation.
I’m involved in building, serving clients, communication, sales, processes and decisions. I like to understand how the pieces connect before trying to scale anything.
About
Patrick Domiciano is a Brazilian entrepreneur in Massachusetts who learned business by solving practical problems. Today his work sits where services, operations, marketing, product thinking and applied technology meet.

Who I am
I’m involved in building, serving clients, communication, sales, processes and decisions. I like to understand how the pieces connect before trying to scale anything.
My work doesn’t start with a narrative. It starts with something that needs to exist: a company, a process, a tool, a system — or simply a better way of doing the work.
Where I come from
My working life in the United States started out far more ordinary than what exists today. I worked as an employee — including as a cashier — and gradually built my own income and businesses from concrete needs I knew how to solve.
Customer service, routine and direct work came before any system or business of my own.
D.O Global Services became an important base on this path, organizing document, administrative and consular-related services, mainly for Brazilians living in the United States.
With D.O Cleaning Solutions, built with Douglas, I started applying marketing, client acquisition, proposals, process and commercial structure to a hands-on service business too.
Clients, channels, documents, tasks and decisions scattered everywhere led to building D.O Command Center as internal infrastructure.
Today my work focuses more and more on connecting operations, client experience, sales, processes and technology — turning scattered work into clearer, repeatable structures.
What I do
I structure the service, pricing, routines, responsibilities, delivery capacity and client experience so the operation runs with less improvisation.
I connect positioning, messaging, acquisition, proposals, follow-up and perceived value to what the company can actually deliver.
I turn loosely defined needs into workflows, requirements, checklists, acceptance criteria and systems that can be repeated.
I use AI, integrations, software and automation when they reduce fragmentation, repetition or lost context inside the business.
How I think
The most consistent pattern in my work is to start with the real problem, find a solution, put it to use — and only then turn it into a process or a system. When it works, I try to reduce the dependence on memory and improvisation.
A second thread runs through this work: skill → system → business.
Beyond work
Images, design and ideas are also part of how I think — and how I keep perspective.
