patrickdomiciano.com is Patrick Domiciano’s personal site: it presents his background, businesses, products and content. It has no sign-up, login, customer area or payments.

What may be collected

Messages you choose to send. If you write to [email protected] — including from the interest pages — we receive whatever is in the email: usually your name, email address, business name and type, and your message. The interest pages don’t send or store any data; they only prepare the message in your email app.

“Find your path” answers. Your answers (type of business, main need, stage and, when asked, whether the project involves the United States) are kept only in your browser, for the session, to personalize the pages. They are not sent to us.

Approximate country. To give the path some context, the site may query the external service ipapi.co, which estimates your country from your IP address. The result stays in your browser and never decides a recommendation on its own.

Language preference. The language you choose is kept in your browser so the site opens in the same language next time.

Technical logs. The site’s hosting and network providers (currently Render and Cloudflare) process standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.

Usage analytics

This site doesn’t use analytics tools, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If that changes, this page will be updated.

How we use it

To reply to messages, understand interest in products and services and, when it makes sense, follow up on the topic you raised. We don’t sell or rent personal information.

How long we keep it

Emails are kept for as long as reasonably needed to reply and follow the conversation. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Patrick Domiciano and D.O Command

D.O Command is a separate application, with its own access, terms and privacy policy. This site doesn’t collect provider credentials (such as WhatsApp, Meta or Google) or customer workspace data. The path built in “Find your path” is only browsing context — it isn’t a D.O Command workspace.
